2025 MAC Scholarship

The Manville Arts Council Art Scholarship is given to the student who plans to pursue a higher education in the arts of any form. This year’s recipient is Jaime Gavilanes-Diaz. MAC President Christina Bucciero had the honor of awarding Jaime at the MHS Scholarship award ceremony on June 5, 2025. See images of a great night for the arts in Manville.

We’re incredibly honored to have been nominated for — and to receive — the Somerset County Cultural & Heritage, Excellence in the Arts Award for Arts in the Community.

Brooke’s art reflects a deep appreciation for process, texture, and the interplay between traditional and experimental forms. Her pieces invite viewers to engage with both the tactile qualities of print and the narrative possibilities of mixed media.
