A Summer of Imagination: Highlights from Junior Arts Manville

This past summer, students entering 2nd through 5th grade unleashed their creativity in the Junior Arts Manville (JAM) program at the Manville Library. Led by Amy Ohlson and Heather Ball, participants explored a variety of artistic mediums, including ceramics, sewing, and drawing, using the world around them as inspiration.
The program provided a creative and engaging experience, encouraging hands-on activities that fostered creativity, self-expression, and observation skills, all while appreciating nature. By blending art with principles of engineering, children were able to innovate and collaborate in a supportive environment, creating lasting memories and unique works of art.
Don’t miss out on the fun—mark your calendars for an unforgettable JAM experience in 2025!
