Joseph Kavalesky – Award Winning Artist

Joseph Kavalesky is an award-winning artist whose abstract paintings have captivated audiences for decades. Primarily working with acrylics, oils, and metallic paints, Kavalesky’s art reflects a unique blend of creativity and skill. His passion for art was ignited during his time in the Navy Reserves when he toured Europe and was inspired by the works of the old masters in various museums. Upon returning home, he pursued formal art education and further honed his craft in New York. Kavalesky eventually opened his own studio, and his paintings have been showcased throughout the Northeast. Many of his works are now held in private collections, marking his continued success in the art world. Now through May 31st, a few of Joe’s abstract paintings are on display on our Artist Showcase at Borough Hall, 325 N. Main Street.
